Happy Friday everyone. Please take a moment to review this months edition of the Lottivue Meadows HOA Newsletter. Fingers crossed we continue to experience a mild case of fishfly’s this season!
Events:
Check out the upcoming community events in July, including Cornhole, Pickleball, and Euchre. Visit the Events page on our website for more details. If you’re interested in hosting one of the TBD Location events, please contact the Board.
Dues:
This is a friendly reminder that all 2024-2025 assessments are due by July 15. You can pay using one of the four convenient methods available on the website. As of now, approximately 30% of the community has paid their assessments. Like last year, a late fee of $25 per month will automatically be added to any outstanding balances after the 15-day grace period, and will continue to accrue monthly until the full balance including late fees are paid in full.
Status of Entry Signage:
Phillips Sign & Lighting (PSL) has informed us that the Township recently approved the permit for the entry signage. The order has been moved to production, which is expected to take about four weeks. Once completed, PSL will reach out to schedule the installation. For those who missed it, a rendering of the new signage is below
